Mr. Amabile was born in New York, New York in 1967. He graduated from Hamilton College in 1989 and graduated, with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 1992, where he was a member of Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Amabile was an associate editor on the Emory Journal of International Law, was the Chief Justice of the school's Honor Court, and received several American Jurisprudence awards. He became a partner at Pursley Lowery Meeks in 2002. Mr. Amabile practices in the areas of Construction Law and Commercial Litigation. He is a charter member of the National Association of Home Builder's Construction Law Attorney Forum. Mr. Amabile has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on construction defect law and the use of expert witnesses, and is a co-author of Chapter 72, Warranties, in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts (West Group & ABA, 2nd Ed., 2005). He is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and New York and is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
