Norah M. White Atlanta, Georgia
Ms. White focuses her practice on labor and employment matters facing employers in both the private and public sectors. Ms. White defends employment discrimination claims before courts and administrative agencies and counsels clients on compliance with employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, IRCA and OSHA. She assists clients with creating and implementing policies and procedures affecting employment and conducts training on various employment-related topics. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. White attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where she received a B.A. in English, cum laude. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000. Ms. White is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and all courts in the State of Georgia. She is a member of the Labor and Employment sections of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.
